Returns

If you change your mind regarding your purchase, it’s not a problem, simply request a return with the format below. However, all items must be in an unused and original condition.  The return will not be processed if the item is used or not in original condition.

All returns or warranty claims must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. If product received is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order as we are unable to process claims after this time.

Please note that you must contact us via your registered Aquarita account email address. The return freight fee is not covered.
